    What is it all about?

    I created the 7x7x7 protocol because I needed to become strong for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Doing the normal gym routine would deplete me and result in subpar BJJ training sessions.

    So, I hunted for the best regimen that would allow me to focus 100% of my efforts on BJJ. After a lot of trial and error, I came up with the 7x7x7 training protocol.

    The focus was on quality over quantity, starting with 1 quality repetition first. Then scaling volume slowly over time.

    After 6 months of doing this, I began optimizing other aspects of my health like diet and sleep.

    Eventually, I ended up getting a six pack (which I never had before!). More importantly, I ended up gaining the endurance and strength gains I needed for my sport!
